The last flavor of the PVC line, we have a straight forward Caramel Custard blend for those of us with a sweet tooth. Out of the three flavors I have reviewed from the PVC line, Streak Breeze stuck out as the best with pleasing notes of menthol and a mild mix of some popular fruit flavors. I am eager to see if Caramel Custard has more to offer or whether Streak breeze is the best we can expect for now. For those of you that might be wondering if I will be reviewing the tobacco flavor from the PVC line, know that it wont happen because I quit vaping tobacco flavors around 2 to 3 years ago and never looked back so I have no interest in reviewing Gold Tobacco.
*Caramel Custard from the PVC line – 3 mg*
Two RDAs with a single and dual coils each.
Two RTAs with a single and dual coils each.
All setups use Rayon as I find that gives a cleaner taste with a short break in time.
Coils are everything from standard coils to fancy juggernaut coils.
Lower watts (Below 4v)
For those of you on a:
RTA = Expect a mild, not that tasty, hit of caramel and custard that makes my mouth feel dry at the end.
RDA/RDTA = Expect some level of unsweetened caramel and a hint of custard.
Conclusion: Keep away from lower watts if you want to vape this flavor.
Higher watts (Above 4v)
For those of you on a:
RTA/RDA/RDTA = Expect straight up notes of caramel that dont overwhelm with sweetness and stay smooth which may be the custard coming into play.
Conclusion: A proper burst of caramel and custard notes that do the name justice. I like how the notes didnt become too sweet even at very high wattages.

In case some of you are new and dont know what nicotine strength to get just go through the list below and decide. Not every flavor is available in every nicotine strength however and the best way to find out is to ask the vendor. This list will be present in every review from now on regardless of whether or not that flavor comes in the listed strengths. The strengths do not mean MG per bottle but rather MG per ML.
- None = 0 mg.
- Very Smooth = 1.5mg (Direct lung vaping/Subohming territory).
- Soft = 3mg (Direct lung vaping/Subohming territory).
- Light = 6mg is approx equivalent to smoking 10 light cigarettes a day.
- Medium = 12mg is where MTL territory starts and this strength is best for a half a pack – a pack a day smokers.
- Strong = 18mg should be used by people who find 12mg too less or who smoked a pack of hard cigarettes a day.
- Very Strong = 24mg is not usually available in the market but some local blenders might make a custom strength flavor for you on request. Bear in mind this is a very high level of nicotine and usually 18mg does the trick. In case you are wondering, this is best for chain smokers and/or those that smoke a couple of packs a day of hard cigarettes.
Final Thoughts on Caramel Custard
Throat Hit : The higher the score, the smoother the flavor.
10/10 – Custards are supposed to be smooth and so is this one.
Flavor Accuracy: A high score here means that the flavor’s taste matches the manufacturer’s claimed flavor description. Basically if it says its mango cream and tastes like mango cream then it gets a 10.
10/10 – “What meal is complete without something sweet for dessert? Caramel Custard eliquid, is all that and much more!” Caramel and custard are the notes promised and delivered. While I would have shaken things up by adding a few more flavors, the flavor is good as it is and fans of caramel will like it. For me, its just that I find it too boring to keep vaping days on end. Good enough to maybe have a 10ml handy if the craving hits but I would rather stick to flavors that offer unique tastes.
Go for it: If you like dessert flavors, If you like flavors with caramel or custards.
